About the Fragrance
The 2004 Eau de Parfum has a different structure from the original 1978 Silences, with published notes including blackcurrant alongside galbanum, narcissus, iris and rose. Silences was originally introduced by Jacomo in 1978 and created by perfumer Jean-Claude Niel. This 2004 Eau de Parfum reissue preserves the distinctive green character of Silences while presenting it in a lighter, somewhat less mossy interpretation than the original 1978 composition.
