About the Fragrance
Guerlain Ode is a refined floral aldehyde parfum introduced in 1955 and regarded as an important chapter in the house’s history. Created by Jacques Guerlain with the assistance of his grandson Jean-Paul Guerlain, it marked the final fragrance of Jacques Guerlain’s remarkable career while introducing the next generation of the Guerlain family. Elegant aldehydes, rose, jasmine absolute and powdery orris rest on a soft sandalwood and musk base, creating a graceful, timeless composition. Presented in its distinctive sculptural bottle with the original illustrated presentation case, this discontinued parfum remains a beautiful vintage fragrance and collector’s piece.
